Adherence to these standards is key to our reputation and we have clear mandatory minima standards in the qualifications of our team members in the appropriate areas of health and safety and food safety, hazard analysis and a range of technical competencies.

We have an appraisal system for ensuring that we support technical and competency development in line with our business values.
Communication within our business is a mixture of formal and informal - in an environment where robust decision-making often needs to be made quickly. We have an annual management conference, functional forums, meetings and briefings on a regular basis in line with our internal standards to enable us to deliver our objectives effectively and keep our people informed.
